• Donation receipts will be sent to the email address provided during the transaction.
• For refund requests related to duplicate transactions, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Event & Contest Registration

• Registration fees for festivals and contests are non-refundable once confirmed.
• The temple reserves the right to modify event schedules, rules, or prizes without prior notice.
• Participants must follow temple guidelines, dress codes, and ashram regulations during all events.
• The temple reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate event rules or temple conduct policies.

5. Sudamaseva (Monthly Seva) Subscriptions

• Sudamaseva is a voluntary monthly seva subscription. You may cancel at any time.
• Monthly deductions will continue until you actively cancel your subscription through the dashboard or by contacting us.
• Failed payments will be retried as per the payment gateway's retry policy.
• Refunds for accidental charges can be requested within 7 days by contacting the temple office.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, audio, video, and software — is the property of ISKCON The Palace Temple of Lord Jagannath or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission from the temple.
